fiat agri tractors ?

are they common in your area ? any personal experience ? if so... can someone tell me how front loaders will interchange ? or... if there is such a thing... a site that would tell me ?
looking at them because a 4wd would make things much easier for our needs... and a cab with heater fits our age....
can't justify 20+k for the steyrs and case models....

If it was here the cab would be completely rotten at that age. Would think any of the 4 cylinder ones would be the same length for loader brackets

that bad ? this one is in pretty good shape with 4000 hours... makes sense for the brackets... plenty tractors available with the loaders on them... I just think that one without would have had a much easier 30+ years....

My grandad ran fiats what I remember is the doors rotted off and the clutch was horrible for loader work

you would be correct ,a tractor that has done a lot of loading would have a lot of wear on the front axle which in turn can be quite expensive to fix,as regards putting on a loader on a fiat we are fitting them all the time ,some times we have to modify brackets from other fiats to suit ,your tractor being a 3cyl would need a short loader and mounted near the cab ie a standard quickie would be hanging too far forward ,i hope that helps you

The brackets would be 6 inches too long and would need to be shortened which is a very simple job it only involves cutting out 6 inches and rewelding and it doesn't effect the structure or strength a 3 hour job with any engineer ,but if the loader is too far forward on your 3 cyl then it's a bigger job,what are you loading and how much is the loader

loading is just hay or haylage rolls... nothing heavier... going to look at the tractor Wednesday... if we buy it... will be looking for a loader.... have found the one from the 70-90.... no real hurry... already have a tractor with loader... they're like chips though... can't have just one.... I found another loader that fits a 550 or 640... any idea if that would fit?

i think the 550 is different but i cant be sure,3500 sounds a lot for that loader

you are probably right on the price... bad time to look I guess with the lockdown... prices on everything hobby related as well as puppies (it's ok to walk your dog after curfew ) is through the roof...
if the tractor follows us home.... we'll just use it for everything else....

Bavaria covers a big area... I'm at the northern tip...pretty much in the center of Germany. 110 km east of Frankfurt.... closest cities to me are schweinfurt ,wurzburg, and bamberg...

tractor we will look at it 9500 euro.... small stuff 20 to 60 hp is more expensive sometimes than big stuff because of hobby farms and small horse operations like ours....

I was is some very big dealers in Germany and second machines were good value , every machine had the price tag on it . Great idea .

loader has down pressure... I've seen on here a few years ago where people were using the loader to push in fence posts..
any tips on how that works ? is there an attachment needed ? or just use the bucket ?

If you have a heavy enough tractor just the bucket should be enough.

You can use just the bucket,it works because the loader has a double acting ram ,ps very handy if you have a puncture ,
