Fibre broadband ducting

I’m wanting fibre broadband into the house. The connection is at the end of the drive....it’s 150m away, can come through the field next to the house....what’s the best way /what’s allowed to install ducting etc underground. Not wanting poles obviously.....any help appreciated. Thought of mole ploughing a ducting in ideally. It’s a grass field.

The lads here just moled the cable in across the fields with no ducting, 6 houses in a row so it comes to a pole then splits above ground to houses
Sounds like my style to be honest....I’ve a single leg subsoiler...was thinking of some how using that....time consuming digging with a 12” digger bucket

Will a single leg subsoiler get the cable deep enough to be out of harm's way. Look for a proper mole plough or 150 m isn't a big job with a 12" bucket.
Fair point to be honest.....the 12” bucket is a good option just looking for quick. I really should be putting power for gates up at the end of the drive while I’m at really. I guess that needs a separate ducting?

We put some BT standard phone lines in a couple of years ago across some owned land to a new build and BT supplied the duct FOC .

If its BT doing the job it speak to them first and do what they want they can be pretty fussy as on another job a few years earlier I had installed a standard BT type grey duct with draw cord only about 10m long from edge of a path to building they would not put cable in it ! has the have BT stamped on the side they said !!!!

Put in bigger ducting then needed then put in a couple of extra draw cords in for use in the future .
And do the job properly and dig a trench.
If you use your mole plough and get a kink or the back fill collapses the ducting you will be not drawing anything through it you will be digging it up to find where the problem is.

Has to be Openreach approved ducting (or whichever company you are using) - they will advise on depth & access chambers etc. At 150m it might be worth looking at hiring a trencher rather than a 360. Definitely bang in a separate conduit for the power as you're not supposed to put anything else in the data ducting.
