If you put the panels between the RSJ what do you do for the corners at the gable end?
weld a 70mm x6 thick flat on the outside of the corner post and fit the panels across the gable the same as the sidesIf you put the panels between the RSJ what do you do for the corners at the gable end?
agree and nothing to catch when scraping/mucking outI wouldn't like 2 ton of concrete dangling about 14' up in the air either.
I always try to persuade customer to have panels on face of stanchions. Much easier to fit and in my opinion much neater
Unless you need to work both sides of the panel.agree and nothing to catch when scraping/mucking out
fit both sidesUnless you need to work both sides of the panel.
Put panels both sides the posts leaving a gap in the middle?fit both sides
You can then fill gap with concrete!Put panels both sides the posts leaving a gap in the middle?
You must be a lot wealthier than me!
Expensive shutteringYou can then fill gap with concrete!
Be best to just shutter and concrete itUnless you need to work both sides of the panel.
Agree to a point, bit permanent though.Be best to just shutter and concrete it
Anyone found any particular suppliers are spot on accurate and some are often a little off the mark?
150 panel wont fit in a 146 rsjNeed to order some panels and need to fit them In between the web of the rsj instead of on the face of the rsj. The legs are already in place so can't drop them in from above. It's 20ft bays and the upright rsj is a 246 x 145
What's the best way to do this the panels are 150 mm thick and the bays are 6090 mm wide
Thanks
