How do you recon it won't be as strong?
There should be rebar welded too each stanchion to stop them spreading and rebar web placed inside the shutter as putting up. The concrete has no play at all and has no where to leak!
Strong as can be!

Prestressed panels put the concrete in compression so it is much harder to get it into tension as it is already loaded. This makes them more able to withstand say a loader pushing on them. And anyone that thinks pratting about with rebar, shuttering, pokers and concrete is easier than lifting a panel in wants their head looking at.

I think it's sounds better than forcing an oversized panel into a smaller space. Maybe if the panels were put in before the roof and first purlin was on it would be easy, but it sounds more work without to me!

Presumably your stanchion holding down bolts are already grouted in? Because if not, it would be feasible to move the leg a bit sideways to ease the panel in and then re tighten.
10 inch steels do not really give you much diagonal depth to jiggle the panel in.

Some people ratchet strap one side of the columns apart from both sides to get that bit larger panel in . However I think a 6015 placed centrally in a 6090 bay with a 146 wide column is ok . Best if held in place with angle irons and the space each end either filled with mortar or a piece of wood.

Will never put panels in before roof rafters are on. Did it once up to 4m high and all stanchions leant in a bit with the weight making the fitting of rafters interesting to say the least. There was a bit of shoving and wedging and a lot of swearing

I usually just measure from the web of one stanchion to the flange on the next, never had a panel not fit. If theres any load going on them weld a strip of flat on one side and angle the other once they are in.

That's the way to it, i normally knock 5mm off as well though, the monkeys that make concrete panels aren't always the best at putting lifting hoops in center so best to have a bit of play (y)

When we did this we got a lump of wood the same thickness as he panels, and did a 'trial fit' to make sure we got the panels the right length. I highly recommend this as we discovered not all the 15ft bays were 15ft! Varied by up to 20mm!
