Fitting Concrete panels inside the rsj

It wouldn't fit , they are a good fit in a 7"x4" RSJ , you would have to stihl saw the ends to make them thinner or order them with reduced thickness at the ends , if you had to use that size .

So much better to lose that little bit of width in the shed and create a flush & flat surface by putting the panels inside the steelwork. Much easier to load out / clean without a projection every 6 metres or so and also much less likely to damage the structure of the building itself.

If internal width is critical then allow for it in the original design and work backwards.

Presume you could drill the panels bolt through or similar for gate crooks? I'm watching this thread with interest as I have some panels to put in a shed in the next year or so and will want to split it with gates also.

Put panels in on face side then before you concrete out a length of 100x12 up front of panel, concrete bottom in and weld top to girder then weld gate hangers to 100x12

Just been thinking about this would it not flex and let the gate bounce up and down? Most stock sheds would have 2m of panels or more a 12 or 15 foot gate would have a fair leverage on a plate that's only pinned at the top and bottom??
