Foot path on notill

I bought a 1.5m flail topper which is on an old MF135 most of the time. I got fed up with people using the excuse "I didn't know where the path was" when asked to keep to it. So I now keep them all well mown so they have no excuse !
Also great for mowing the drive sides, verges either side of the drive entrance etc.

I’ve got a cross field footpath that gets more traffic than the M62 so not a chance of it growing over, I’m not sure that’s better or worse than your problem though 🤦‍♂️

Same here. 25 years ago, I used a ride on mower, but used a baby compact and 1m flail since 2008

Mow and/or fence most FP here now. Roll with tractor wheels then Roundup the one cross field path that is heavily used.

We are probably in same boat but no visit yet. Will be sprayed off in spring when we establish maize. We will spray path out once that’s up.
Legally you haven’t cultivated so no need to reinstate! A drive over marking path on a frosty morning might be easiest.
Local councils are rubbing their hands waiting until fixed penalties come in for footpath contraventions.
