Found these fairly easy in my bought wheat seed yesterday. Looks like barley and ergot to me ?

Looks like ergot.

Had some Paragon spring wheat delivered with ergot in it once. Rang the rep and complained, I was eventually told that it was ‘within the allowable tolerance’ and that ’the dressing would kill the ergot anyway’. Drilled 40 acres with and by the autumn had a pile of wheat infested with ergot. Cost a lot to get it sorted

Reject it immediately!!
