Anyone have a manual for a fusion one or can help. Couple of issues, won’t pull in the net automatically wen bale full, and when it nets and lets out onto wrapper it’s doesn’t wrap in auto. Have to hold button and manually wrap bale. Any help or tips will b appreciated!

Are all the sensors showing their little orange pilot lights to show they are working? Look closely and you will see the pilot light (tractor stopped of course but box on) I expect a netwrap or door sensor may well have failed and occasionally more than one can fail at the same time if maybe an electrical surge from a damaged alternator has shocked the system. Rare I know but I have had it happen .

Make sure the chassis is clean as this drives everything crazy. If still not working check you have power coming to the pulley for the net I’ve had trouble when a wire broke before it was easy fix

There is a process in the manual for running a demo run, think it just involves turning off the wrap break sensors and tripping the knife. Obviously net and wrap need to be disengaged.

Is it trying to pul the net in? thinking too much tension/brake on it, try running straight off the roll without going through the bars to see if that works.

What is it actually doing when you are trying to wrap in auto?

Is it beeping to say bale is full?
Only guessing here but I think it won't wrap in auto because it hasn't netted a bale, so there is no bale to wrap if you get me, they kinda work on a sequence, so won't do step 4 till step 3 happens kinda thing.
There is a re-wrap button, could try that just to see in auto.

Been a long time from I had anything to do with an F1 but they aren't that far removed from 2&3's.

Yea she is beeping to say bale full and when I feed the net in she is cutting it and then beeping and opening chamber and letting bale out onto wrapper table in auto but then just beeps and doesn’t start wrapping. The tail door lift button flashes but no wrapping

Sounds like the sensor on the wrapping table if the light is flashing? newer ones come up with "saftey switch" on the box if the sensor goes, or the table is too low, or the door for loading wrap is open.
Not sure she would even work in manual tho, get somebody to run the wrapper in manual & open the door just to see maybe?

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
