I was thinking an old van axle to get the big wheels big maybe that's too heavy[emoji848] it would be easy to pull though.Sack barrow on pneumatic tyres
Made mine near twenty years ago. Flat bar bent to shape and welded about half the height up for the bottles that takes chain round each bottle. Job done

or put three point linkage pins on it, to put on the back of the tractor, the only thing I would be worried about is how the regulators and dials would cope with the bouncing about as it was being moved
