Just came across this article (I know it's older, but still relevant), I wish this message was out there more.

Certainly, it needs shouted about. I think we're going to see a lot more of these sorts of articles in the near future.

There's no doubt about the carbon sequestration potential of trees but the ability of a food producing farm to sequester also needs to be pushed.

Won't make as many headlines for the green lobby if they just say carry on farming your grassland as you were its doing a grand job !
As opposed to we going to plant millions of trees aren't we goodies 🙄
