Fully functioning water troughs off mains, regularly reseed farm so leys are very performing in terms of growth and how they get stock to perform off them. Farm has been a traditional stock farm, dairy, followers, sucklers,followers, lambing ewes and lambing ewe lambs, 15 % put down to cereals/maize, always rotated. Absolutely no worm burden, just planning on cutting cattle numbers a bit, due to age of family and struggle with staff availability. Shepherding and routine work available if required
