Hello everyone. This is a massive longshot I think but is anyone driving up from the southwest on tuesday and staying in Hitchin? I'm going to be in either Bristol or Exeter and could potentially be with a friend. This rail strike has really thrown a spanner in the works!
Yes, a seat available leaving Tiverton area Tuesday at 5ish and aiming for an airb&b in Hitchin

Hello all, it's a long shot, but we will be arriving at London Pancras by Eurostar from Rotterdam at 17.00. Due to the strike there are no trains to Stevenage till next day. Anyone by any chance will be driving from London to Groundswell on the 21-th after 17.00? We will be coming with 3 of us.... Any tips for a place to stay near Pancras station also welcome.

I'll be driving on the Wednesday morning. You should be able to get a reasonably direct bus/coach to Stevenage from Marble Arch or Victoria green line station.

Hello all! I am also coming from London on Wednesday morning and back on Thursday evening - if there are any spare seats in cars doing this journey (especially the return) then I would be so grateful and contribute to fuel. Coming from north London but happy to be dropped anywhere I could get the tube or bus from in London. 07879402937 (Olivia Boothman)

I'm picking up 2 people from heathrow terminal 3 at about 3.30 tomorrow.

I really don't want to be heading into london but if you think you can get anywhere near there I could fit you in

Anyone passing through Hitchin on Wednesday morning around 8-8.30 I’m hoping to bus it there but may need a little lift to the site . Thanks

I'm driving from Harpenden (AL5) on Wednesday morning, with three spaces in my car. If anyone's coming from London, then there are lots of trains from St Pancras which go to Harpenden, and I can pick you up from the station and take you from there.
