Maybe I have read it all wrong,about happy meat company,but it reads to me that once a dairy cow has out lived it milking life it’s sold as beef packs.Interesting story

It says on one page tbat they are suckler cows, and the calves stay on them for 6 months. Rest of website says they are cast holstein dairy cows :scratchhead:

Good on somebody for retailing old holsteins for £2,800 though.

Remember watching a programme once about (italians??) Who were selling holstein cow beef in their specialist steak restaurant, known for good steaks.

Would love to know how they prepared and cooked it. Must be a money spinner.

Think it was Spanish, and they cooked it over wood, much like the Argentine way.
