Was thinking this the other day. Brought some land in 2008. Value today has increased but (depending on where you put values) is only in line with inflation really.

Printing money will lead to inflation, it always has, then everyones debts will be much less.

Believe it or not many years ago eldest son bought five bitcoins as someone on e-bay would only take payment for some trivial thing in bitcoins, only cost him a couple of pounds he spent two & lost the other three on an old computer. A few years later he bought a couple more & tried to persuade his old dad to buy a few, my reply was I laughed at him & said "a fool & his money are soon parted".
Todays price £41,000 each. Guess who's laughing now!
