I read in the Western Daily Press that legal case involving Chris Packham versus Andrew O'Rourke and Field Sports Channel Ltd has been settled in Packham's favour. He has been paid substantial damages, and some of his costs.

He might have been awarded damages and costs, but he sued the holding company which has no assets or income with which to pay out from... hence the article reproduced above!

I'm not really sure how ... can sue for what the field sports channel alleged when there hasn't been anyone charged for writing the threatening note
