Health issue in newborn calf

Two newborn calves 6 days old both charlioas past few days calves seem to have laboured breathing and genuinely off form seems like pneumonia but each calf has gotten 2l of colostrum from cow and 2l of sachet colostrum provita. They are in a pen with other newborns and no issues with them. Anyone see this happening before thought bit young for pneumonia setting in

Check their temperature,most likely navel ill at that age,jab of synulox be reet.

Navel ill not an issue as both done with iodine and la antibiotics when born as iv ha d trouble with that in the past but done with reflor yesterday both improved but don't like pneumonia so early as and when drug wear s off it may return !!!!
