Horsch CO 4 parts

Just doing some work on our drill, replacing wearing plates on packer and one of the hub has broken.

From the parts book you cant buy just the hub you have to replace the whole assembly.

Rang Claas western frome for a price but the part number is not on the system and they cant find a upgraded number for the part so need to ring horsch on monday.

i have a horrible feeling they don`t make it any more. Hence this post.

Any body know of a breaker who splits drills for parts (can find lots for tractors and combines but not for machinery).

Or is there anyone on here who has an old CO3, 4, 6 rusting in a hedge who is happy to sell me the part.

What has actually broken, because the part number you quoted is the entire double wheel assembly, minus wheels.
All the separate parts are available or were last year, as I got 2 stub shafts + bearings and seals.

My parts book only has part number for the the complete unit.

Where did you get the individual parts.

The part i have thats broken is the hub that you screw the wheel nuts into. I would probably replace the bearings at the same time if they have a separate part number as well.

I rang claas in Frome yesterday with info Fish on here had supplied and lady in part said she had ordered just the hub (also got a bearing as well) so hope it is still available.

If it turns out that "Daniel" is right and frome cant get the hub i will come back to you if thats ok.

There's just one double roller bearing in there. Seal will probably be chewed a bit as well fit a new one.
