Horsch CO6 issue?

Has anyone ever had an issue drilling barley with a CO6 where it seeds for a few runs, and then defies gravity and physics by not getting down to the metering unit/roller? We were drilling barley this evening and had this happen. It gives correct seed rate as the roller is turning, but there’s no barley in it! I guess it must have something to do with fan speed/pressure bubbling up and not allowing the barley to fall down on to the roller? Drilled lots of wheat without issue. V annoying as we don’t know yet where in the field it cut out, or what it had reduced the rate to before it completely stopped 🤷🏻‍♂️

If the fan is switched off can you turn out seed correct calibration ? if yes you must be leaking pressure out of tank.
Hi TWF. Thanks for the reply. We popped the lid and it seemed like it was pressurising as it should and couldn’t find a leak at the time. Will check again in the light tomorrow. It only seems to be an issue in barley? We’ll try with a lower fan speed in the light tomorrow.

Had similar to above on a Kuhn when thought I’d save a bit of time and money and sow barley out of the heap, awny stuff sat on the grid in bottom of tank and sealed it.

Is the barley bridging and won’t flow through the grid above the metering roller??
It seems to be bridging, but there is no grid above the roller. We have a grid at the lid. It’s like the air is holding it up at the same fan speed we use for wheat. I thought with a pressurised tank it would struggle to do that
