Howard Dung spreader wheel sizes

I’ve got a Howard dung spreader that has resided in the stinging nettles for a while and I have a job for the chassis and axles. Due to being in its resting place for a long time needs a pair of new tyres but I can’t read what sizes they are!

Anybody got any ideas on what tyre sizes they used to use? Mine has 5 studs with 100mm centres, 18 inch rim size and approx. 160mm wide.

7.50 16 tyres

Land Rover wheels should bolt straight on if centre hole same.

They were on a huge range of sizes if they will bolt on , thry will do

Be just a cheap to get complete wheel assembly's rather than just tyres, that way you can also pick the correct type an size of tyre for the application you have in mind

Have you tried undoing wheel nuts?

I've a complete Howard here, rust free, you can have for a nominal sum. For collection, north of Inverness. As I've said, no charge for the rust.

It is quite easy to tow behind a Land Rover but it does tend to jump about a bit like a kangaroo. I think it may be something to do with tyre pressures. It's only 700 miles! Wimp!
