A farmer back home got decapitated by one of those breaking loose, many years ago now. I don’t know anyone round there that ever had one after, and I’d still avoid one today because of that.
Mine goes on the 5000 which has a cab and some guards, the saw blades would crack between the bolt holes, I had a plate made up to sit under the blade and used countersink bolts to stop this problem.

It would take stuff like @GAM has in his phots off at 4ft high just driving on in first gear, done 100m of hedge for someone it was heavier than those photos had my mate on the telehandler and the lot was in a heap ready to burn inside an hour,
we have a slasher blade for it that has 6 straight teeth cut in it it was good for light stuff up to 3 inch, at one time we had some hedges with 4 or 5 years growth on them, I beat what I could off with the flail then went over them with the slasher to tidy up, made a nice job of them.
Taking big stuff off, limbs and so on I would rev the tractor flat out so it went through fast so it didn't pinch, the saw blade would wobble for a bit till it cooled again, stuck the blade in a oak limb once and had to climb up the trimmer arm to cut it out, that was fun, had a limb miss the guard once and shove the roof of the cab in, I had to take it off and put it on the ground and jump up and down on it to put it right.
All good fun, not used the thing in more than 10 years, should be done up and taken to shows really, along with the 5000

We went to a demo where they had a spearhead trimmer with a three blade saw head on it, it was on a new'ish new holland, I told the chap demoing it that the setup was no good as the tractor was to good for the job, all he was doing was siding up a tall hedge nothing very big but sure enough after a couple hours he had done a few hundred quids worth of damage to the tractor where stuff had fallen on it

Not sure if Hydrocut still exist, they're certainly not in Sudbury anymore. Dad used one similar to this on a Ford 5000. Had a cab, so not quite so exposed as this. Dad hated flailed hedges and said there's only one way to get a good hedge, take it right down and let it grow from the bottom. As well as a saw blade, he used what he called a 'bramble blade'. like the saw blade with five equally spaced 'nubs' welded on. Dad was very particular about hedges looking good.
