apparently I don't have to move the entire building, I just need to set up another satellite office, similar to the one that have I in west London, employ a handful of staff to man reception and the phone and so long as we hold all our statutory board meetings at this office (AGM etc) we can continue to operate out of Soho as normal. That's according to my Company Sec
of course what we pay in corporation tax will go to Scottish coffers and not English coffers but I can live with that
which city would the Honourable members for Scotland suggest as a possible location for a new head office? it's got to be Edinburgh, right? Glasgow is a bit bleak by all accounts. Edinburgh I sort of know, over the years I've attended several events at the International Conference Centre. I also have a client that has an office in Leith by the waterfront. Apparently Leith is also supposed to be a bit rough but I thought it was quite pleasant, had a touch of Canary Wharf about it but without the skyscrapers and high-end shopping mall
