Intelliview IV Display errors

Hi
We just purchased a T7 with a Intelliview display 4, when switched on it
display the below errors?

BL001 No Valid User Software installed See Dealer for Service.
No USB Application Found, Error Code 3.
Current_App.txt specifies an invalid application ID
No Alternate application found, Error Code 18

No experience on these, but I tried to see if i could reflash it with the EST but telling me no controller detected
when I connect to D2 se bottom photo.

Do you know how to work EST correctly? The controller is not shown because it has no software installed. Once you have captured the controller for programing with EST it will show online and you wil be able to work from there. What model year are we talking? And do you run guidance on said tractor?

No guidance on tractor, never had to program one of these before, but it failing to detect the controller.. 2018,

Try the other diagnostic port

You'll need to be connected to the primary diagnostic port, select primary display. As said before will not show as controller detected as no software loaded. Continue to capture controller for download. Once captured it will show as on line and display will show BL002. Continue with download wizard and select what ever version your EST contains. Current v32. You may also have to load the base software, what one depends on screen serial number. You will also need the correct CNH usb stick to carry all of this out, as downloading over the CAN network takes days

Quite simple to sort call the local dealer who has up too date EST not a hacked off version the works sometimes and not others. No 50/50 chance with dealer level EST, I for one have never lost or "bricked" one to date!

It is 50/50 is and it has nothing to do with est. If the bootloader is corrupted not even dealer can do.

I think you are wrong there, who can sort it if the dealer can't?

Dealers are limited what they can do and is no reason for them to do to much. On the end of the day they can sell you new unit.
And if is on the warranty manufacturer cover the problem.
I repaired agriculture electronics for years now and I can do all sorts stuff what dealer can't and they will never do.
Only better solution would be sent to manufacturer but that not an option as there's no reason for them to repair anything what is out of warranty.

Thanks for the replies.. I'd like to try and fix it, Yes I have a clone and access to dealer kit also..
Back on the primary port and still controller offline.. So my understanding of this is that the base software is lost from the display unit? So fixing it involves
1) boot usb from dealer. can this be purchased for version iv displays?
2) Esd capture controller. Then reflash the DspCf intilliview controller?

Purchased Tractor in this condition, so no history on it. part no on label on back of screen 84240411

Start with base software then load user software. If you have est you should have access to the base software ......
