That is a good point as if it’s been council owned it’s likley to be main dealer serviced with no regard to the cost.Get you dealer to check the serial number for the tractor history. Takes the guess work out of the equation.
last time I was at Buckhurst they had a yard full of them,all deere's.I don't see how our council would have any use for a winch at all ,never mind owning one. EA maybe for pulling trees from rivers
That's because they have to sit in the van at break time, can't nip back into the farmhouse every hour or so for another coffee.ticking over in winter all day with heater on. In reality it will have most probably done a bit less than Bugger all
