is this serious?

I changed all the hydraulic oil and filters today on my NH T5060 and when finished found this in the bottom of the bucket.
It's hard green plastic and is about 26mm ID and 51mm OD.
Fairly sure it came from the final drive because of the bucket it was in. I am confident the collective power of TFF will know what it is and what I should do next.

I had a bit that came out of a 7740, it still worked fine. The bit was sent back to the factory, apparently it was from some valve and they sometimes broke while assembling, as mine was working ok (and did for the next 8 years I owned it) it was decided it was a bit that got in somehow when assembling the last one that broke.

My advice, take it to dealer to find where its from and keep a close eye on the tractor for any faults.

Is it small enough to have drained through the plug-hole with the oil? If you can't stick it back in then it will not have come out that way.

I've had a few bits lodge on top of filters before now but they were all things that would fit through some access hole to the filter.

All oil was drained through the drain bungs and I am sure it wasn't in the bucket beforehand. I haven't tried putting it back through a bung hole but thinking about it I doubt it would go, which leaves the only pipe big enough is the one that feeds to top of the biggest oil filter. I could take that one off again and have a visual check up inside the housing. Does anybody have a parts diagram of that area?
The piece looks like a shim to adjust end float on a shaft but what do I know, just a stockman really but its the only tractor so I try to look after it.

I think I have sorted it out.
I had a lot of trouble removing the drain plug in the photo. it's a 17mm head and the spanner eventually span on it because the bung was so tight. The only way I could undo it was dropping off the lower link arm and getting through with 2 extension bars and hammering on a 16mm socket.
Crude I know but no other way. The bucket was in the vicinity and it appears the piece of plastic was on the cross shaft that holds the tractor end of the lower link. Sizes all match up so it must have already been broken but fell into the bucket when I took off the arm but I hadn't noticed.
At least that's better than something having come adrift internally. I will have a look at your link thanks @Netherfield.
