Jcb 530- 70 s 3 rd service pressure

How do you release pressure to disconnect hyd pipes.
Hyd locking pins + 3 rd service in same buttons.
So turn tap off on locking pins and grab works fine.
So to drop grab off, Turn engine off work buttons with key on and presumed would release pressure to hyd pipes.

Any ideas

theres a accumulator to dump the pressure,yours is probably flat

How do you check it, or is it a throw away item.
So would that do bounce ride control if it even had it.

i think the small accumulators are sealed so a new 1

srs,soft ride suspension is a different system

Look behind cab bolted on back of it next to chassis , we get a few bits from some turbinators or they sound like them From London somewhere , ring him up , he emails bill. Pay on card , parts turn up in a day or so And in Jcb bags unless copied and half to 1/3 rd cheaper usually

The buttons work a pilot circuit which then works the spool rod to dump pressure.
No pilot pressure no aux or boom extension.

Try keeping the button depressed so the relief valve blows off and while doing that turn the key off then ignition on and release the pressure. This seems to work for ours

The pilot system is getting tired on ours. I find that if you deliberately pressurise the 3rd service just before stopping the engine to depressurise you can get the circuit to dump before the accumulator loses its pressure.
