Our jcb 538.60 is blowing hot air out of air vents , us there a tap or valve that can be turned so it blows cold air?

Turn temp dial up and down a few times. Ours did same but started working.
I believe you can clamp one of the pipes running up the back of the cab to stop hot water flowing but that might be the previous design.

Ours did the same with air con on .It's a valve somewhere that's stuck open dealer fixed it relatively easy .

Leaking heater valve is common on these (sometimes the cable can be adjusted- probably 25% of the time) - I always carry acouple in stock .

Behind panel where filter hides.

Quick test - run engine til hot, turn on ac, slow fan speed. Wait 5 mins or so, feel heater hoses back of engine above starter. If one is freezing cold, your heater valve is not shutting off.
