Nothing lights up on the dashboard about locking. Power supply and CAN bus of the joystick are OK. The loader is tilted to the left side, the boom also remains raised, it does not react to the joystick, two wires from the sensor on the boom were broken, I connected them, but again there is no reaction to the joystick.Sort of beside joystick next window.
I've also noticed that all the relays are heating upSort of beside joystick next window.
Can you tell me where it is? And show me a picture of it, please. But it is in a different position on our machine
Yeah, there's a lockout sticker on the wiring harness. But I don't think that's the problem. Can you tell me how to manually check and move the boom ? Or maybe you know the reason why it doesn't move the boom? Not on the yard today but will get some pics tomorrow. The switch on ours is by the joystick but I think yours is a older model and the switch I circled is the one that locks the boom out. It looks like you have the panel out if so the wiring loom usually has stickers on the connectors denoting what they are for
Have you got sorted yet? I'm afraid my knowledge isn't that in depth. Also on ours the padlock switch stops the bucket crowd so you can't tip someone out of a man basket. The switch that locks the boom is the one circled. The intermittent problem we had recently which we thought was the switch but turned out to be a broken wire within the insulation so every time you took the dash out it started working again.Yeah, there's a lockout sticker on the wiring harness. Thank you so much for wanting to help. I'm almost done with the problem. The boom has started to move, but not fully. The problem turned out to be the relay box. There's a short circuit in there somewhere, so I'll look for it.Have you got sorted yet? I'm afraid my knowledge isn't that in depth.
