JCB Fastract 4220 Operation

We bought one back in April but only starting to use it more now as it's spring.
I've set the hydraulic spools on the black joystick buttons, top one for float, bottom one for raise (+). Set the flow for the job and timer 3 to 4 seconds. Use for the baler pickup and tried it on the front and rear mowers. All seems to work good standing still, but when moving it gets inconsistent. Sometimes it won't lift or lower, sometimes only partly so, sometimes have to double-click. Tried different timer settings etc. WTF has it got to do with the tractor moving? Am I missing something or is there something wrong?

Front suspension sometimes goes to full height when I turn tractor off.
Aircon seems a bit weak on a hot afternoon, comes up with 02 code (low pressure) when day cools off, probably a bit low on gas.
It's due for first service, see what we can sort.

Yeh best to speak to dealer they sound familiar:
Joystick buttons - there was a touchscreen software update to fix ‘missed button presses’, it can occur when the screen is updating graphics and doesn’t register fast joystick button presses
‘02’ error - maybe a freeze probe fault rather than low gas.
Suspension- needs dealer investigation - could be valve leakage or a faulty ram.

Update -
Two software updates fixed the joystick buttons. They work good now.
Aircon - 02 error code can be:
Low gas pressure
Faulty low pressure switch
Faulty probe
One other thing I can't remember - it might have been a combination of the above
Gas pressure OK, replaced low pressure switch as tech had one and easy to get at
Probe was showing changing outputs on laptop
Still codes
I suppose replace probe next
Front suspension seems alright at the moment
Hydraulic trailer brake valve held the brakes on a bit and smoked the front brakes on our Krone 890 Big Pack
Brake valve was intermittently holding some pressure on so it is getting replaced

02 air con error - yes if fault still occurs see bulletin on freeze probes maybe intermittent fault or not inserted properly?
Obviously if it reads wrongly the evap core freezes which results in reduced airflow from the vents and gas pressure fluctuations trigger 02.
Do you see a puddle of water underneath after parking up? Does it do it if you run the fans at higher speed?

Trailer brake valve - can’t argue if you’ve measured it but not aware. Eliminated a coupler fault?

Resuming back to farmer mode now

So software update for air con installed, we'll see what happens.
There was a puddle under it.
Trailer brake valve arrived from the UK in about 10 days "impressed" , fitted, on gauge and small test seems to work good.

Software update on aircon fixed it, no code works as should.
Going good for towing our balers.
