Case optum. Punching well above its weight

Sold our old jd 8530 (brilliant tractor) but have to say our new optum 300 is a beast a real pocket rocket. Replaced the 8530 and does the same heavy draft jobs but also nimble enough on a 18 tonne trailer or 3 m mower. Really impressed

    Belt Baler Recommendations

Good evening everyone :) So, I'm thinking about a baler upgrade, and found myself here after some googling. I have seen a few baler threads but I thought I should maybe start my own rather than hijack someone else's. Not really sure what the etiquette is. Looking for something that will do a...

Mower output 3m to 6m (front and back).

Ive ordered a non conditioner front mower and pto for next spring to go with an existing non conditioner 3pt mower. Has anyone done the same and were they happy with the output. I'm hoping to be able to drive at a more sensible speed and not to be stuck between gear ranges all the time.

    Handling 1200t of straw

Just wondering about buying a well used loader tractor to deal with 1200t of straw. At the minute we use a mix of telehandlers towing bale trailers (not good on gearboxes) and tractors and bale trailers. It’s all a bit of a phaff and doesn’t fit in well with other jobs so I’m wondering about...

    Film baler

Hello, I am considering buying a round baler to do silage and would like to be able to tie the bales with film rather than with net. Has anybody got any experience with this?
