Hi all
Have recently levelled up from operating a small Manitou MT625 on a rural construction site to a JCB 540200 in the middle of a city. Needless to say, it has been a learning curve and still learning and so I have started this thread to ask questions with regards to this particular model. Could include other models in it as well as you please.
Guess my first question, is does the latitudinal leveller, reset itself once you begin driving? Note: I am not referring to the stabilisers which can also adjust laterally when extended. I am referring to an actual leveling of the suspension. In the cab, it is just a simple switch which you push left or right to adjust.
Say you pick up a load and your front right wheel is in a slight pothole, you flick the switch left so the suspension levels and you can lift the load evenly. Once you set off does the suspension reset itself?
Got more questions, but appreciate any insights with this one firstly.
Cheers
