JD 3215 battery location

Hi, ran low on fuel in my telehandler and wouldnt start

replaced the inline filter, and used the leaver to prime, doesnt look to be drawing fuel through used a syringe to pull fuel through the filter, and tried to prime again still noting comming out of the bleed hole, found another filter on the other side that does bleed, however im not out of battery, any idea where its located as i cant find it for looking

thanks, battery changed and still not starting am i missing any other filters that could be air locked
