JD 750a liquid fertilzer kit

Hoping to fit a liquid fertlizer kit to our 750 for spring drilling. Where is the best place to place the Fert, before the little press wheel or after it before the gutter fills the trench in?

That was something like out 5th attempt at getting it right ! they work well and quite a lot of 750a users run them now

those pipes work very well for sure and definitely placed the Fertiliser in the ideal place but over time I found they rattled around as coulter locator got sloppy and wore out meaning they leaked in and around the disc bearing. Ideally you could take them off when not using Fert but it’s not the easiest job to do in a hurry.

im playing around with an alternative, can’t be sure that they will stick the abuse here but they will at least be much easier and to remove or replace when not in use or if the get damaged.
Picture is rough idea but idea I intend to shorten the end of the stainless pipe to make it less vulnerable. I’ll put up more pics of it when I’m finished.
