The springs go regularly in those seats. I assume it's a grammer? It's not actually the springs you need, but the bracket that holds them. JD dealer, or anyone supplying parts for grammer seats will have them. They're not expensive (from memory). You'll need to unbolt the seat, and turn it upside down in the cab to fit it. It can be a bit of a fiddle refitting the springs. Loosen the height adjuster off as much as you can.
Treat yourself to a new seat. Your tractor must be at least 20 years old, a new seat will make it feel like a new tractor. Unless you don't value your back
