John deere 6310 transmission problem

There are 2 pumps, one high pressure for the hydraulics, steering, trailer brakes and one low pressure for the transmission functions, MFWD and PTO. They both draw their oil through the same suction screen filter but have their own replaceable filters. The hydraulic one on the rear axle, transmission in the front of the Powrquad..
So with that being said is it possible I can rule out screen being plugged?

If the arms raise at the usual rate and the steering feels normal, then yes, one would presume the suction screen was ok.
You say you have no warning lights and that you can hear the Powrquad change when you move the 1,2,3,4 lever??
