John Deere hiflow round balers

Hi can anyone tell me about the hiflow pickups on John Deere round balers please?

i know they now don’t make them but what are the pros and cons etc, would only be bailing hay and straw.

anyone prefer this setup over a rotor feed etc?

Even just doing hay and straw in any amount of bales the maintenance is fairly high on a JD they like to eat chains and sprockets and the belts like to pull the occasional joiner out . Do yourself a big favour and buy a welger or McHale of the same age
