The joke is we're compelled to be RT to supply, raising our costs and putting us out of business, then this opens the economic door for Polish mushrooms.

People will always do or buy whatever is the most expedient and I don’t blame them so let’s cut out the charade that is RT and just get on with what every customer/supplier thinks is a good deal on the ground on the day with business relationships built on trust and reputation over decades.

why do mushrooms even need to be FA ?
To keep RT in business
Same reason anything else needs to be FA.

Lessons will be learned- just not in geography, or is Poland actually in North-West Cornwall and none of us noticed?
More to the point, how is a fudging mushroom farm assured? I mean what, it can only be grown in an assured shed, fed assured $*£& and kept in the assured darkness? It's hardly going to be sprayed with an approved fungicide and fed unassured cake is it?
