Joskin Modul02 with trailing shoe (solodisc meadow) macerator setup?

Hello,

I recently bought Joskin Modul02 11000 ME from Austria year of production is 2008 .

Since it's my first time using the Joskin slurry tanks and using the trailing shoe I did not know that there was a macerator and that it needed to be (in my case) powered by hydrulic pipes from the tractor.

The guy I bought it from most likely didn't work with the slurry tank so he did not give any info on that.

Anyways today i discovered the macerator and can't find witch hydraulic pipe is for it.

I have 1 pair for fold/unfold the trailing shoe, 1 pair for up and down the trailing shoe , 1 pipe is for the ''leg'' when you unattach it, 1 pipe is for (what I belive) for pressure of disc and then I don't know is there a pair of pipes for the macerator.

I don't know is there a pipe for ''turing on'' and 1 pipe for return of the pressured oil into the tractor.

P.S Sorry for my bad typing im from Croatia.

Follow the pipes back from the hydraulic motor, they may go to a valve block that shares the spool valve from the tractor with another service. My slootsmid trailing shoe uses a sequence valve block to lower and pressurise the shoe downwards, open the tanker valve and power the macerator motor from one tractor valve. Has to be on continuous flow, push the lever the other way and it shuts the valve, lifts the shoe, but doesn't drive the motor

So it's quite possible that my lever that lifts up and down the trailing shoe and turning the valve on and off ,runs the macerator?

Some of them certainly were specced with a block on the back for control of implements. I’ve got one on the front of our Joskin that does the pump changeover, loading arm & opens the valve all in order. Runs off a double acting spool & one pipe for a return

Solodisc appears to have it as standard

Thanks everyone for help.

The hydraulic pipes leading from my sequential block to my hydraulic motor were in bad shape one of them had a hole in the pipe so the oil was pouring out of there.

I fixed the pipes and tried it and now it works.

Thanks one more time and good luck farming!
