Kubota Tractor DPF issues

We've a 2014 Kubota M8540
4200 hrs

Bought it in the summer, the issue being is it can do as little as 6 hours between needing a DPF regen.

I understand this Is down to it only getting light use such as harrowing, rolling and fencing but it's very annoying to have to sit and regen.
Sometimes it will only idle until a 20 min regen has been performed.

Does anyone know of a DPF delete solution for this, or even any other ideas?

holy moly has a no nonsense no frills brand like kubota got this sh!t attached to it to ?

Kubota have relatively inefficient engines with DPF having been needed for some years when others achieve compliance without. Their regeneration process can be a real pain in the arse and timewaster. Probably significant extra fuel wasted while running rich during the process as well.
Soot, from relatively clean engines, is not an issue of any significance out in the countryside, where the particles are dampened and fall to earth over a vast area. Obviously different in towns where there is a massive volume of traffic and population density. The elimination of sulphur and lead in fuel has had a more beneficial effect than DPF's ever will.

I remember as a child watching from a gate someone muckspreading with our old MF65. Its injectors were pretty shot and it poured black soot way up into the sky. Me, telling my father that if many engines spewed that much soot the sky would soon get dirty and black. He scoffed at me, saying there was plenty of room up there. How times and attitudes have changed [for the better].

Is it possible to get rid of adblue and all the emmisions stuf on new tractors without costin small fortune and havin a tractor left with lights flashin at ye bringin up error codes and goin into limp mode

With Kubota tractors, DPF problems are really common. They cost you a lot of money and time to dealing with this issues. We understand that it can be annoying to deal with this issues.

With our solution for all Kubota DPF issues, Can-Bus "Kubota DPF Emulator" you can easily fix all this problems and save time and money.

After using our device you will not have the DPF regeneration problem. Also as we are simulating 3 temperature sensors, cold weather is not a problem.

For deleting all DPF errors, DPF cleaning or simulating DPF temperature 1, temperature 2 and temperature 3 sensors and DPF differential pressure sensors you can easily and effectively use our device.

All Kubota powered vehicles with DPF supported by our DPF Emulator

I almost bought a M135GX before I bought my Same. I asked the salesman how many DPF problems they've had with them, first he tried convincing me it didn't have a DPF (kinda hard to miss, considering they've got a big f*ck off hole in the bonnet for it). After I went out and showed him the DPF, he kept waffling on about how the workshop has never had a DPF problem on any Kubota.

I didn't buy it.
