Hi amount of oil in gear boxs and bed..I only have manual that is in French! I bought last year but when used this year it has worn the splines of the shaft from gear box and coupling to the bed..ever had that problem?
They wear out there after a lot of work I had 1 for a few seasons and was ok but a local contractor has one that's seen better days and had a fair bit of bother with that the other year I can't remember what's all in there but replace everything you can at the same time he didn't and was laid up again after a short while

Hi, what causes it to break the bolt on the end of that shaft, we replaced it and the drive flange and within 30 acres it did it again. We have now replaced alot of the bushes to see if it is that but if anyone else had this issue any info would be great

If you’re stripping that spline regularly and breaking random bolts you might find mower carrier frame is twisted, we had that problem with a 2nd hand machine.
Very hard to find twist in frame but can be relieved by assembling with main drive gearbox unbolted to mower frame and shifting gearbox mounting holes to suit where it wants to naturally sit.
went from stripping drive spline after 15ha to to not being a problem after 500 plus ha and 5 years.
