Kuhn axis problem

I have a Kuhn 40.2 m-emc-w spreader. As I am going along the ff setting is varying vastly side to side, thus putting lots more on one side than the other. I think there is a problem with how the emc bit of the spreader is working. I think it uses some pressure switches on the drive shafts to the discs?? Does anyone have any ideas? Don’t think it’s the weigh cells, and both actuators seem to be working ok.

mechanical EMC spreaders mesure the torque with sensors, which measure the torsion in the driveline. Does it run and finish the calibration, when you start the pto?

M-emc only uses weigh cells for information not application rate.
As above does it calibrate each time you start pto?
Although FF will vary side to side depending on product it shouldn’t be vastly different.
How old is spreader?

Are both agitators working, if one has stopped turning it seems to affect the flow rate on my machine so it opens up that side to compensate.

I think it’s a 2016 model. It has the newer type screen. It always calibrates the Pto speed on start up. When either side runs out, it tells you on the screen,
