Having a kv mower special ram rebuilt at the moment. Will report back on cost when done. Hopefully less than the £1100 the dealer quoted for a new one

I’ve welded rod 3 times now, looking for a better solution

I’ve good lads I use but ram repairs are never particularly cheap and they never happen over night or even week. A spare for a few hundred quid is sensible in my mind

as long as thats nothing special inside id turn that in 2 hours
youd have a new rod not much more than 120/150 quid
