Late 2nd wheat or oats?

I have a field that might, just might, be fit to drill at the back end of the week. It is down for oats but am starting to wonder what yield I might hope for from a 2nd wheat?
It is only a small stupid field and would bring it back in to the same rotation as the bigger one beside it.
Thoughts please

I think youre in Yorkshire ? It depends how far north you are wheat drilled at the end of the week will probably be cut in late Sept in a dull year as a second wheat it wont break any records but will probably wash its face . My experience with planting ww in Feb and once in March hasnt been great in 93 it was October before it was cut and the March Experiment in the early noughties struggled to break out of the vegative stage and was November before it was fit to cut. A few very dry days allowed it to be harvested albeit at high moisture. Short advice go ahead but if you get delayed into Feb seeing as its a small field buy a bit of spring wheat seed of poacher before its all gone !!
On the other hand my prodigal casual Norman follows a alternative weather predictor who forecasts an 8 month drought starting in April so maybe all this Wheat going in at the moment will be the best of the Spring crops !! Toss a coin ????

Will oats stick being drilled into the cold and wet? I always thought they were less tolerant of punishment than wheat.
I drilled some Feb last year, ideal conditions, but then it rained for a month. The field that is now waiting for wheat, a wet horrible field, it still did reasonably well, although I lost the bits that stand in water. I find them equally as resilient as wheat in my very limited experience of late winter drilling.
