Lely Power Harrow Tine Holder

Anyone have or know of anyone breaking a Lely roterra? I’m after a few tine holders (nut on the top) thanks

All good? The ones I’ve just welded weren’t even splaying out or bending, just something to stop the new tine from wearing down

not shure if they fit.i have welded a L shape piece of flat on them to stop wearing through on our old harrow .but i did it before it got to bad

Personally if I’d have welded them I’d use plenty of current to get them hot and then stuck them in sand ( or oil ) to let them cool slowly. It’d make them less brittle.

Unfortunately I got it like this but it’s got a new set of tines now and will be welding some plates on them, do they have to be fairly well balanced?

No they don't spin that fast and with draging it through soil you won't notice.

They're all a different shape.

will be up in n y next weekend if too wet for land work . and up at helmsley 2 nd week feb
