LivestockEye camera can't find wifi network

I thought I would be clever and use a hub I got given by O2 with 2GB data with a LivestockEye camera, the bullet one but I couldn't get it to find the wifi network for ages. When I did, it connected but now I'm just stuck on "connecting" in the app, I can't connect to the camera

Has anyone had similar problems and how did you solve them?

Had similar with a foscam one , mine was to do with my port number or something, way above my pay grade ,their technical guys sorted it for me,

well I wouldn't be to worried about it, try googling or I see they offer on going technical support, it will be simple once you know how

I think you can set it up to do that for movement, but because the cows were always moving I didn't set it up and just used the live feed when I wanted to look

We’re having trouble getting ours to connect. It won’t read a SIM card so is showing now signal. Thinking of sending it back as less than 12 months old so should have warranty on it

Switch it off at the socket, leave for 5-10mins and restart. I assume the Router is finding the misbehaving camera?

That is the modern equivilant of thumping an old (valve) TV.... and can work.

@andy22489 Try resetting it. One of the loose cables has a plastic cap on it, if you pull the cap off there's a reset button in it that puts everything back to factory settings. Funny how they don't tell you that in the instructions

My camera has worked fine in the lambing shed for 10 days, yesterday it would not connect,
Reset it last night, worked in the night fine, this morning off again "no connection" & now it's saying "wrong password" stumped now

Camera off at mains and back on after 30 sec and same with router I wouldn't reset unless last resort .

And don't forget the booster on side of house if got one , turn that off and on !
