Loadall hydraulic leak

Have on old 525/58 from the 90’s and it has a hydraulic leak. It’s coming from the first slice you can see. I changed the fitting and dowty as it looked as if that was the culprit. But it looks like it is coming from that circular bit in the middle between the 2 outlet pipes. Is that possible and or repairable as I’m loosing about 20l of oil a month! Cheers

its an oring and a back up ring BUT jcb and now manitou only supply a standard 70 shore hard oring and they dont last five minutes, years ago manitou used to supply a hard oring as a spare part but since changed to a cheap standard oring, i tried some 90 shore hard orings but they are not easy to fit especially in the cold, i since have some 75 sore orings that seem to work okay from local seal and bearing shop.

I have even ordered that oring as a genuine parker part number and still get soft orings, yet i still have a few complete new popit valves with a harder oring so 100% back in the day they had a harder oring on them.

Somewhere along the line since parker bought out that valve block manufacture the spec of that oring has changed for the worse.

How do I get it out? Can’t see anything holding it in, it’s in a bad spot behind the wheel, cheers

be sure to get rid of all pressure in all services before you undo the tie rod to remove the valve, you will want a flat screw driver, bent long nose pliers and a small magnet is handy to fish the spring and valve seat out. use thick grease to glue the valve seat and spring in to the top seat when refitting.
