Need to replace an aged and a really crap hoover in workshop.

To hoover out cabs/pick up mainly.

Is a Henry ok?

Budget up to £400

Our cab Hoover is just what has been shunted down the pecking order from the house!
Usually I use the air line first, so any hoovering needed is just dust. A new Henry I would think would be more than good enough, positively a luxury!

We just use the grain store big brute just watch it round the leather trims 😂

Personally I just use a brush to get the bulk out then the leaf blower at low speed to take out the last of the dust.

@Robert K this is bound to be your territory!

If you can find an older dyson on eBay . They are built before the power limit came in. I have one in the garage for my car. It’s about 15 years old and has been the diy vacuum, car vacume. It’s even so the chimney. It gets blown off with air compressor then goes straight back to work! Amazing bit of kit. They can be bought for £100 off eBay probably less

Tried a dyson couple years ago. Pile of 💩.

Her in doors bought it and handed it then to me two weeks latter. Not a patch on her meile.

The blue numatic site hoover from screwfix is impressive. Couldn’t believe I’ve put up with cheapy site hoovers all these years. Think I payed £140 for it. Only down side is it’s dry only but I’ve got the Milwaukee wet vac if I need it

Big brute , expensive for a 45 gallon drum a few fans and a upturned water tank but will last years as all parts are available and can be replaced easily.
