Manitou MLT 634 Deutz load LED calibration ?

I got my new 634 with Deutz engine, 2015 model.
I have exclamation mark on RH side on those load indicator LEDs and it is very fast on half of the scale without any implement.
Can I lift back end and do that calibration by myself and how ? I want them to be silent most of the time.

Also, idle is on 1200 rpm is that normal ?

It drives bit rough forward/backward from still, can that also be calibrated or even better that I do it ?

Thanks, maybe @ACEngineering ?

Idle speed is high, might be crap under the pedal. does pedal have cable to a pot switch on top of transmission? or is the pot switch on the pedal on them? i forgotten! i know there was a modified pedal at some point, serial number would be useful.

Re the SLI you can try the operators calibration but if its anything more technical you will need a dealer to look at it.

It is 945226, I would like to lower the idle if I can. I think that potentiometer is on the pedal ?

Now I have on contact "!" and lower 3 green LEDs. Is that error or ? How I check errors with those LEDs ?

How do I calibrate that thing ?

Thanks a lot

Yours serial number says yours is the pedal on the right, now i cant find the details at the minute but i thought it was modified to take the pedal on the left?? all you can do is clean around the pedal, if its not struck with dirt then it will need replacing.

I have big pedal like number 24. Sometimes it does not go up all the way but when I pull it with hand it still does not go on less than 1200 rpm.
Can that potentiometer be adjusted ?

What about that "!" and 3 lower green leds after check ? What does it mean ?
How do I calibrate that thing ? Procedure ?

Thanks

The SLI may not have a fault and just want calibration? not sure if the first 2 green lights would come on if it was a fault?

if there is a error code on the hour clock display then the red! on the SLI will light up anyway but can be another fault on the machine nothing to do with SLI.

Read the manual it should tell you how to read the error codes and cycle through them in think. Then you can post what they are.

If you have bought it from a dealer then go back to them, its a legal requirement for the SLI to be working if machine is retailed i think.

Ive found your post with LEDs and definitely 3 bottom LEDs are lit so it it probably not error ? How do I calibrate it ?
No errors on hourmeter screen.

I dont have manual, would appreciate if you can send it on my email as you have done many times till now :)

It is import from Germany and I am in Croatia so lets try to fix it 😁

if the red ! is on there is an error somewhere.

The operators calibration is in the operators manual and highlighted on the flip charts in the cab.

Order a set or manuals for it from your dealer, it has the basic info you need.

There are 2 x ECU's so you need to cycle through them both to find the codes.

I was told if you turn the battery isolator off over nite then it will reset the error than you’ll see if any of them are still active when you restart.
