Manitou MLT 634 how much gas in A/C system ?

How much gas goes in the system ? Is it same on all of them since AC is on the roof ?

One extra question, are 2014-2015 models with Deutz engine ok ?

Not sure on the gas as I dont do aircon.

But the deutz machines before the new shape cab are better than all before it, merc ones are okay too just a few teething problems to sort.

Deutz engine year 2014 you mean, that model looks same as 2011 just has nicer engine hood.
You have sorted my Merc engine, people dont believe how it starts in comparision with all other which cannot start after 10 min

Charge it according to pressure.

My friend car mechanic always asks me for the number. I have all the numbers for John Deere and would like to have it also for Manitou.

Your friend asks, because his machine asks for a charge weight to enter into it and he hasnt been trained to charge on pressures.

Very few construction / ag applications have a published figure and if they have, it should only be used as a guide.

Id charge it with around 1200gr, then edge up from there depending on gauge readings.

Had mine charged with 900 grams had very little gas in it.cost £41 + £5pag oil and uv dye. So far Deutz engine good economic except when flat out roading

Less is always better than more for a.c.

Thats why we all need info on how much it should go in there.
On Deutz Fahr combine and all cars there is a sticker saying that info.

I tend to keep a black book of info for specific systems, but I keep it privy, since it's my trade.

All the deutz up to about 2017 are much the same, after that they went Add blue and had a full revamp.
The merc engined ones are also much the same other than the engine bay.

i think i have looked before for aircon gas amount as as ever manitou info on aircon systems is very limited, just like they are with all optional extras even Pick up hitches.
