Anybody fancy a bit of mole catching in N.Lincs?

Traps, marshmallows, 'other substances', twelve bore 'special loads' - anything you like(y)

Our mole man has retired and I'm short of time to do 'em myself.

Have you read through the 'best mole trap recommendations' thread?
Thank you for the article, don't know if anyone has tried it to prove or disprove it but I know I will first thing in the morning, I am beyond sick and tired of those gophers eating all my plants and trees no sooner do I just put one in the ground and within 24 hrs they have killed it,

You trying to kill gophers or moles?:scratchhead:

Persistence is the key.

For the last 10 days I’ve had a mole persistently filling the traps. At one point I’d got 10 laid in one area but this morning I went around after missing yesterday and in that area I had 3.

Obviously they had all been on the same trap avoidance course but their luck ran out.(y)

I believe you, I honestly believe they are getting some type of kick back from the corporations that sell us all the useless but very costly falsely advertised poisons and contraptions. I have spent more on replacing or trying to replace my plants trees and vegetable gardens than I hate to even admit. Lets not even add the cost,on trying everything under the sun trying to solve the problem. The gophers seem as though they enjoy taunting me by coming back for revenge with their whole gang and I swear they really like the poisons

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
