Are they worth much? The the first of them did and red wheels
What year did they start? The first 5 years production had [swept axles] the same as the last of the 35Xs ,round wings were far more common in the orchard and hop growing areas.
Id say a bit more than later ones ,but probably just my personal preference, I like the look of the red wheel centers and round mudguards. So whats it worth compared to newer type?
It all depends on condition ,original round wings are generally fairly rusty and pattern ones are not that accurate put it this way I offered 5k for an F reg multipower. and didnt get itSo whats it worth compared to newer type?
What comfort, a round wing!!The early red wheel centre ones look partially attractive when restored well.
I much prefer the round fenders, more comfortable to rest arm on, square fenders seem a bit tall.
Thats a teal timewarp picture!!All the 135s we had in Malawi in the '70s were round winged. A bit of disc ploughing, MF 175 in the background, Eicher Goodearth from India with bench seats on the mudguard in middle, single cylinder engine.
As I said above the picture, MF185 in the background, blue Eicher Goodearth in the centre. This is the Eicher with the Indian manufacturer's rep on board.Thats a teal timewarp picture!!
Is that a fordson and a 575?
Didnt know they made reversible disc ploughs back thenAs I said above the picture, MF185 in the background, blue Eicher Goodearth in the centre. This is the Eicher with the Indian manufacturer's rep on board.
This is the 185 with reversible 3 furrow disc plough
The plough was an Imco (Zim) or Hamco (Malawi)Didnt know they made reversible disc ploughs back then
The 185 looks more like a 5 series
